A Hydrow Membership can only be active for one Hydrow Rower at a time. If you purchase two or more Hydrow rowers, you may or may not need a paid membership for each. Read on to clarify your use case:
The process of de-authorizing one Hydrow Rower and activating another to use your membership requires contacting Customer Care and is not a quick or instantaneous process. This means that context is important when you ask whether you need a membership for each Hydrow. For instance:
- If you plan to have two machines and move between them frequently (I.e. one in the home and another in the office etc.) then you will want to purchase a Membership for each.
- If you plan to keep Hydrow at two different residences that you move between for different parts of the year, a single membership can be used. Simply let us know within 30 days of when you plan to relocate and we can perform the switchover for you.
If you need to switch your membership to a different rower for a period of 30 days or more, Please email us and include the following details:
- Your full name
- The serial number from the screen on your active Hydrow to disable.
- The serial number from the screen of your inactive Hydrow to enable.
Serial numbers can be found at the back of Hydrow's monitor near a barcode, beginning with "S/N:"
Note: We cannot perform this switch more than once a month for any given customer.
